Water soluable vitamins:

B1 or Thiamin - whole grains, pork, also liver, unsulfured dried fruits, spinach, cauliflower, nuts, seeds, legumes.
B2 or Riboflavin - organ meats, oily fish, seaweed, also milk, eggs, wild rice, grains, legumes, greens, seeds.
B3 or Niacin - (converted from Tryptophan) organ meats, poultry, fish, kelp, peanuts, also legumes, wheat germ, whole grains, dried fruit, milk, eggs.
B5 or Pantothenic Acid - (everwhere) organ meat, eggs, fish, chicken, peas, beans, sweet potatoes, peanuts, cheese, whole grains.
B6 or Pyridoxine - liver, wheat germ, also all protein sources, banana, potato, cabbage.
B12 or Cobalamin - animal proteins: meat, fish, eggs, milk, organ meats.
Biotin - eggs, liver, nuts, milk.
Folic Acid - greens, liver & kidney, peas, sweet potato, bean sprouts, wheat germ, fruits, also whole grains, milk.

Calcium - bones, greens, kelp.

Potassium - fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds, kelp, also fish.
Sulfur - animal proteins.
Chloride or Sodium - kelp, also beef, poultry, fish, lettuce, tomato, celery.


Iodine - kelp, fish.
Selenium - wheat germ, liver, fish, lamb, nuts, also veggies.
Cobalt - meats, organs, milk, fish, kelp, also veggies.
Molybdenum - wheat germ, legumes, potato, greens, organ meats.
Copper - whole wheat, fish, organ meats, legumes, nuts, also veggies, dried fruits.
Fluoride - fish.
Iron - meats, also whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes.
